    ITIL 4 Foundation exam structure is as follows.

    There are 40 multiple-choice questions.

    You require to answer at least 26 questions correctly in order to clear the examination.

    65% is the passing percentage.

    The total duration of the exam is 60 minutes.

    It is a closed book test.
